Our values
Our commitment to the homeowner
The review is for the person signing the bid. We do not sell homeowners to installers.
How we stay on the homeowner’s side
A homeowner pays a flat fee for a bid review. We do not collect a referral fee when you sign. We do not rank installers. We do not sell your documents or your contact information as leads. Other services may exist later; they will not include selling homeowners to installers.
What we will not do
- Send your proposal to an installer as a lead.
- Recommend a “preferred” company.
- Guarantee savings, performance, or a particular result.
- Pretend a document review is legal, tax, financial, or engineering advice.
Independence in practice
Solar sales are paid by the seller. A second read is only useful if it is written for the buyer. That is the job of the review, whoever else BidProof may work with on other products.
